ANX a.k.a MIUI Camera On Any AOSP BASED Custom ROM
As we all Know the stock Camera is something that we don't find on Custom ROM's. So Today we will talk about how to install anx camera in any Custom ROM without ROOT and with just help of the Custom Recovery.
WHAT IS ANX CAMERA EXACTLY ?
ANX Camera is a MIUI Camera Port for Xiaomi Devices For Latest AOSP based ROMs. It is generally ported from Latest MIUI ROM'S and new, feature-rich devices. You need to download and install the .zip via Magisk or TWRP, there is no APK to install the ANX camera.
You Must be Wondering............
We have many Camera Mods Like Google Camera which undoubtedly clicks far better photos than the stock Camera but still some people get used to stock camera for example they get used to the UI or the features the stock camera provide.SO for them this method is Charm.
SO Lets Begin With The Installation Process-
Requirement-
Should Have Custom recovery Installed On Your Phone & That's all (TWRP/Orange Fox...)
If You Dont Know How To Install Custom Recovery Watch This Tutorial CLICK HERE
After That You Need To Download This Zip File (It will Mostly Work On K20/K20 Pro & Note 7 Pro(Portrait Mode Doesn't Work on Derpfest ROM RN7 PRO TESTED)
You Can TEST on Your Device I will Say only Use if your camera has 48M Sensor)
NOTE- For Un-installation still i haven't Find the right method so Don't Try to Uninstall the apk via any system uninstaller APP until i will Update with a the proper Un-installation Method.
LETS BEGIN THE INSTALLATION PROCESS-
1- Boot Your Phone Into Custom recovery and make sure you have downloaded the anx camera zip file.
2-Go to Install and flash the anx.zip File.
3- Wipe cache and Restart.
DONE.
Once the phone will be booted Open the anx camera it might crash for 1st and 2nd time but dont worry it will work fine afterwards.
So Now You can Use all The Camera Effects and features of Stock Camera in Custom ROM.
